Bilingual Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist Department: Marketing Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC, is a leader and innovator in direct

become one of Madison’s premier employers. We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media
Specialist. This position is a digital marketing and technical
specialist with knowledge of the tools, data, techniques and
strategies required for successful, compliant and effective
campaign management. This role will collaborate with Hy Cite’s
Marketing teams and other key stakeholders to bring new marketing
ideas to life and facilitate the creation of all supporting
materials. This role is based in Madison, WI or Guadalajara, Mexico and
reports to the Marketing Managers in USA and Mexico. Essential Duties • Provide Campaign and Digital Marketing Technology Support • Support cross-functional teams to organize, execute and
deliver digital enhancements and upgrades to Hy Cite digital
properties. • Consult and provide digital expertise and assistance in the
development and launch of online promotions and marketing
programs. • Work with outside agencies on business requirements, delivery
expectations, budgets and schedule. • Manage all aspects of internal customer service needs and
expectations related to web projects and schedule • Lead and manage digital work streams required to integrate new
website features, lead generation, dynamic messaging and data
quality from an enterprise-wide digital perspective. • Develop and execute strategy for social media, email
optimization, and digital marketing • Coordinate project delivery with internal IT teams Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years in B2B Digital marketing-
supporting responsive websites and digital marketing commercial
programs. 3+ years of Agency experience is acceptable as well. • 3 years of experience optimizing B2B Social Media channels • Experience with technology delivery platforms: Marketing
automation, content management systems, digital project management
tools, etc. • Successful track record supporting complex, large-scale web
projects with multiple stakeholders • He or She will bring strong competencies across social media,
email marketing, and digital strategies. • Ability to analyze data, create game plans, and then
execute • Keen understanding of direct selling/consumer goods is a
plus • Solid Google Analytics & Google AdWords knowledge
preferred • Experience with social and digital marketing strategy
development • Experience with developing and executing online advertising
campaigns • The candidate must be Bilingual (English-Spanish). Portuguese
