The Systems Engineer - Executive Support provides exceptional white-glove IT support to our senior leadership team and their administrative assistants. They possess a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing onsite and remote support, ensuring smooth operations, resolving technical issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. The Systems Engineer - Executive Support works in tandem with the Sr. Systems Engineer - Executive Support and End User Compute teams to ensure a high level of availability for all technologies supported.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide Executive C-Suite support and assistance to senior leadership and their administrative staffMaintain flexible working hours as necessaryEnsure confidentiality and discretionRespond promptly to IT support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide resolutions in a timely and professional mannerProvide C-Suite meeting support including Board Meetings, Investor calls, and external meetings as necessary, both onsite and remoteProvide basic home network troubleshooting, audio/visual, and workstation setupProactively monitor and manage system performance, security, and data integrity to ensure smooth operations for senior leadership and their administrative staffTrain senior leadership and their administrative staff in the effective use of technology tools and systemsHandle after-hours calls and emails from senior leadership and their administrative staff as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practicesCollaborate with our third-party service partner to ensure business partner centric service delivery Ensure capabilities and support are defined and at appropriate levels for service deliveryMust adapt and quickly adjust to changing requirements, schedules and prioritiesPerforms other duties as assigned to include Desktop , Mobile Device Management, and Collaboration/AV supportDomestic Travel: Up to 15%Position QualificationsBachelor's Degree (Computer Science or other degrees)3+ years in Information Technology or relevant experienceAbility to work with a team as well as independentlyAbility to lead team members on initiatives that are prioritized by the businessAbility to work proactively, identify and resolve issues before they become problematicExperience interacting with Vendors and IT contractorsExperience supporting video conferencing platforms (Teams, Webex, Zoom)Experience supporting operation of conference room equipment (Cisco Room Systems, Crestron Room Controls)Excellent oral and written communication skills Problem solving ability (troubleshooting, prioritization, and escalation skills)Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environmentKnowledge of required technologies (incl. 3rd party solutions)#LI-MC1#LI-Hybrid#LI-AssociateOur Benefits:We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role:Health: Medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life, accident and disability insuranceWealth: great pay, incentive opportunity, matching 401(k) and stock purchase planGrowth: online courses, virtual and classroom development experiencesBalance: paid-time off, parental leave, flexible work-schedules (subject to your location and role)Our Company:Conagra Brands is one of North America's leading branded food companies.
