Job Description:

Duties: The Senior Programmer Analyst will design, develop, test,

document, implement and maintain the Company's internal applications,

technologies, and tools; design, code, analyze, test and rewrite

programs for the System Document Life Cycle process; collaborate with

the business and IT teams to translate business requirements into

customized system requirements; create unit test cases, conduct trial

runs of programs and software applications, and define test case

scenarios including test data creation, unit, and system and user

acceptances; review business requirements and create associated

traceability matrix documentation to align requirements with test cases;

analyze new software for fit within existing system architecture and

provide technical direction for integration; program complex programs

and design database tables, stores procedures, triggers and cursors;

provide production support; will be responsible for resolving production

issues; troubleshoot applications, assist users with complex system

programs, and identify issues and inconsistencies with data quality;

develop processes to overcome any system deficiencies; and mentor junior

programmers on new technologies, application development, and

integration skills.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and

five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of

experience in design, development, testing, implementation, and

maintenance of web-based and data integration software applications; or,

alternatively, a Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems and

three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of

experience in design, development, testing, implementation, and

maintenance of web-based and data integration software applications.

Candidate must also possess: demonstrated expertise using ASP.NET MVC

framework for web application design; using HTML, JavaScript and JQuery

for UI design and scripting; using CSS for UI customizations and

styling; using C#, VB.Net, XML, ADO.NET for programming application

logic; and using WCF for developing Web services; demonstrated expertise

designing databases using Relational Database Management Systems

(RDBMS), and developing Technical Design Documents (TDD); demonstrated

expertise programming using SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL in SQL Server and

Oracle databases; and demonstrated expertise analyzing and debugging

application code using Visual Studio IDE, and application deployment

using IIS server.
