Assistant Clinical Director, Speech Therapy and Mental Health
Teams We are looking for an Assistant Clinical Director to join our
team in supporting our Clinical Director to direct and oversee all
operations for our Speech-Language Pathology and Mental Health
Teams. This role is designed for a clinician with the following
designation: CCC-SLP, LCSW, or LCPC. As our Assistant Clinical
Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team,
clients, and families. This role is tailored for a passionate
clinician who is eager to step into a leadership position but may
not yet accumulated extensive management and team leadership
experience. This role offers a supportive environment where you can
thrive. Total compensation is $75,000-$83,000. This role will
require regular travel to our centers on a regular basis. We have
10 centers in Chicagoland and 3 centers in Texas. Overnight travel

enhancing and managing clinical quality standards. Your leadership

(Organizational Behavior Management) system for thorough data
analysis and informed decision-making. Enhance leadership and
coaching with automated scorecards, objectives, and metrics across
all levels-organization-wide, center-specific, and individual.
- Mentorship and Professional Growth: You'll provide initial
onboarding training for all new hires on your team during their
first 90 days.
- Clinical Engagement: Contribute to marketing initiatives and
foster relationships with local schools and providers alongside the
Clinical, Area Director, and Marketing team.
- Clinical Autonomy: Exercise your professional judgment in
selecting assessments and designing unique treatment plans and
programs. Your role is crucial in ensuring families receive and
understand the benefits of your expert advice. You will maintain a
60% clinical caseload as part of your responsibilities.Deciding to

compensation is between $75,000 and $83,000.

Requirements:
- At least -3 years of experience as a licensed therapist in
Illinois or Texas. You are one of the following: CCC-SLP, LCSW, or
LCPC
- You are interested in growing as a leader and are -excited to
train, manage, and mentor -your team of pediatric
professionals.
- Proven experience with successfully coordinating and executing
plans to achieve the quality and financial goals of a center.
- Experience collaborating across departments to achieve goals &
objectives and meet departmental metrics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where the
business is continually evolving.
