Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Test Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies and a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. As a Software Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in the software development lifecycle by identifying defects, verifying fixes, and ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
Conduct regression testing to ensure that defects are fixed and new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues and validate user experience across different platforms and devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are understood and translated into effective test strategies.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to provide input on testing efforts and status updates.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in software testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
