We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Superintendent to

healthcare building and construction for hospitals, pharmacies and
intensive care units in Chicago. If you have a proven track record

As a Healthcare Superintendent, you will be responsible for
overseeing the successful execution of our healthcare construction
projects in Chicago, IL. Manage day-to-day operations on
construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules,
budgets, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to
coordinate all construction activities effectively.
Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, regulations,
and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or challenges
promptly to maintain project progress.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and
cost-saving measures.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with
a focus on healthcare construction projects.
Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific building codes,
regulations, and industry standards.
Demonstrated success in overseeing complex construction projects
from start to finish.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to construction
sites
