• Implement best-in-class financial processes and controls across Videojet's consolidated operations
• Design, perform, and direct annual audits or balance sheet reviews for Videojet regional locations (Asia, the Americas, and EMEA)
• Provide support and follow-up on the closure of audit issues including monthly updates with Regional Finance Directors and Country General Managers
• Identify improvement opportunities in financial processes and controls; work with local financial leaders to implement recommendations
• Review business units' Anti-Corruption Self-Assessments and actively with Videojet's Legal Department to develop ACP policies and programs
• Participate in month-end closing activities, including analytic reviews of subsidiary financial statements Partnership with Danaher & External Audit
  • Compile and review quarterly disclosure questionnaire submissions by each region
  • Perform SOX testing and drive process improvements resulting from SOX audits
  • Coordinate and review annual self-assessments completed by local management (CSAQ)
  • Assist in coordinating the audit fieldwork with Danaher's external auditors People Development / Training and Technical Accounting
    • Assist in developing regional compliance leaders, coordinating the testing a monitoring process with their assistance
    • Lead training for the Global Finance team focused on accounting changes and key topics impacting the business
    • Coordinate the implementation of new accounting policies and standards Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
      • 7-10 years of audit and accounting experience required. Public accounting experience required, Big 4 preferred. Experience should include global audit clients, including SOX experience.
      • Travel, mostly International, is required ranging from 10% - 25%
      • B.A. or B.S. in Accounting required
