  • Own all aspects of provisioning and supporting various desktop systems
  • Install and support desktops, laptops, printers, collaboration tools, and phones
  • Provide phone, email, in-person, and on-call/chat support to local and remote users
  • Take ownership of project-related work and other tasks as needed or assigned
  • Leverage configuration management tools to automate manual processes such as PC builds
  • Recommend and implement new standards, policies, and documentation for end-user devices and other technical procedures to provide a consistent level of service
  • Work outside of regular business hours on occasion to complete work without affecting production What you'll need
    • Previous experience in desktop support and client-side troubleshooting is required; experience in a Windows 10 environment is a plus
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail
    • Proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Mac OS and Apple management suites like Jamf or Kandji is a plus
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to coordinate requests from end-users
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment, as well as working independently
    • Demonstrated passion for technology
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience is required
