Job Description:

CHC Wellbeing, Inc is a national provider of corporate wellness programs and flu shots. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to add to our team.This job entails performing of basic bookkeeping, clerical, and administrative functions.Terms of Employment: Full-time position (32 - 40 hrs/ week).Duties and Responsibilities:Perform accounting and clerical functions to support accounting managerClassify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data in order to compile and keep financial records, using internal softwareCode data and maintain files according to company proceduresReconciliation of information in internal systems and databaseResearching, tracking, reporting, and resolving of discrepancies and exceptions identifiedCommunicating within company departments to resolve reconciliation differencesRecording and processing incoming patients', clients', and insurance paymentsReconciliation and follow up on aging Accounts ReceivablesCommunication with clients, brokers, TPAs, insurance carriers on outstanding past-due invoicesPerform other duties as assigned by the managerRequired Skills & Qualifications:Attention to detail, high degree of accuracyHigh level of productivity and focus on qualityKnowledge of bookkeeping and GAAPExcellent organizational skillsAbility to multi-task with ease and professionalismStrong communication and reporting skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate internally and resolve issues & reconcile differences in a quick, professional mannerAbility to adapt in a dynamic fast-paced environment (includes high-growth, sales-oriented organization where sales/ billing terms are often customized)Adherence to deadlines and ability to proactively follow-up on open items in a time-sensitive mannerAdherence to policies, procedures, and work standards of CHC Wellbeing, Inc.Confidentiality compliance; adherence to HIPAA guidelines/ regulationsKnowledge and practical experience of QuickBooks Enterprise Solution, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Outlook, and Adobe are a mustConfidentiality complianceMedical office experience and/ or certification is preferred.CHC Wellbeing Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO/M/F/DVCHC's mission: We help individuals and organization move beyond wellness to True Potential.
