responsibilities
- Monthly initiative Tracking & Analytics: support monthly
reporting and analytics of initiatives budgets, spend, forecasts,
and benefits.
- Initiative Planning and Forecasting: support quarterly
forecasting and 3-year planning process for initiatives by
partnering with teammates and business partners to build our
financial plans and forecasts and deliver actionable insights into
our plans, forecasts and operational expense budgets.
- Business Case Analysis and Realization: partners with teammates
to support our senior leaders in decision making process through
ongoing business partnering and business case development including
assessing key assumptions, risk and opportunities and their
corresponding financial impacts. Create reporting for initiative
benefit realization results working with teammates and business
partners.
- Enterprise Strategic Initiative Office and Financial
Transformation: support of our initiatives transformation office
highlighting financial performance of initiatives and business
value streams through development of new and existing tools.What
would make us excited about you
- Industry Expertise: Understands the dynamics of the insurance
industry and can apply to ongoing financial analytics, planning and
forecasting process. 3-5 years of P&C insurance
experience.
- Financial Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of the
interconnectedness of the P&L and other financial statements.
Ability to apply that expertise to financial modeling and
analytics. Experience with operational expense reporting and
budgeting.
- Business Partnering: Ability to partner with senior leaders
across the organization to understand strategic priorities and
influence strategic decision making in support of achieving
financial goals. Supports business partners with a sense of urgency
and desire to learn about the business.
- Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely
explain financial results through visuals and simple explanations
of operational and financial drivers for board of director and
C-suite level reporting.
- Technical: Demonstrated ability to operate with planning and
reporting software (preferably Oracle cloud-based planning and
Smartview), build simple reporting and diagnostic solutions to
support ongoing analytics, and understanding of data management and
governance principles.
- SAFe/Scaled Agile exposure (preferred): Having previous
exposure/understanding with Scaled Agile Frameworks, especially
SAFe, is a plus

compensation, or range thereof, for roles that will be, or could
be, performed in Nevada. If performed in Nevada, this position has
a(n) salary range of $77,860-$91,600. In compliance of Colorado's
Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the
compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could
be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position
has a(n) salary range of $74,120 -$87,200. The role includes an
opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through
our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay. (For
Sales Agents Only) In addition we offer an Incentive and
Recognition plan which is an additional earning opportunity from a
production incentive plan.Please note, hourly or salary
