    • Help clients achieve full-scale enterprise business system transformation initiatives that are driven by their acquisition of new business technology
    • Support the design & configuration of IFS Cloud functional architecture with leading practices throughout all phases of an ERP implementation
    • Engage directly with a variety of clients ranging from privately held businesses to publicly traded multi-national corporations
    • Apply business process and system expertise to bring forth leading practices in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Costing, Financial Reporting, Cash Management and Analytics
    • Partner with project leaders to identify project risk and issues, working together to develop and articulate mitigation strategies
    • Support robust change management programs to increase adoption for our clients with IFS Cloud
    • Collaborate in small teams on client projects and internal initiatives across numerous industries and services
    • Invest in your professional development individually and support the growth of team
    • Enjoy friendships, social activities and team outings that encourage a work-life balance QualificationsQualifications:
      • Be enrolled as a full-time student during the 2022/2023 school year inBusiness, Accounting, Finance, or related field
      • Availability to begin full-time employment in the summer of 2023
      • Outstanding academic performance with a minimum overall GPA of a 3.0 required with at least a 3.2 GPA preferred
      • Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization
      • Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display passion and commitment towards finding creative and efficient solutions to analytical problems, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
      • Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills
      • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries
      • Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
      • Be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship as a full-time employee
