House Calls is a no-cost, in home clinical visit for members of qualified UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans. House Calls is for all health types, whether members are healthy or have chronic conditions. House Calls Value Proposition:

As a Sr Business Analyst, you'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story. Here's the thing about challenges.     • Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data
    • Present analysis and recommendations for operational and business review/planning
    • Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
    • Develop, recommend, and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
    • Developing technical requirements for campaigns or business requirements
    • Develop and maintain market and client specific demand forecast and release reporting You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field or equivalent experience
      • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, planning and reporting
      • Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
      • MS Excel proficiency Preferred Qualifications:
        • Six Sigma Certification
        • Experience with MS Visio
        • Experience with MS Power BI
        • MS SQL querying experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
