But you won't do it alone. -You're supported by passionate teammates along the way, and our collective, collaborative spirit fuels our incredible progress.Job DescriptionUnder direction of the Head of North America Compensation, the Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing mentorship and consultation to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, offer development, and salary structure development. This role will support both program development and drive execution.Key Components of the Role

  • The Senior Analyst will serve as the internal consultant for the Support division (Communications, Finance, IT, Legal, and Strategy) on compensation-related matters such as pay adjustments, job evaluation, and offers for new hires and promotions
  • Support the annual compensation processes, including salary planning, incentive and bonus plans, and championships
  • Support the development of compensation training materials and facilitate trainings
  • Implement annual and ad-hoc compensation survey participation, assess survey needs/gaps, and provide recommendations
  • Build and maintain internal compensation tools for HR, people managers and employees.
  • Maintain knowledge of external market trends, developments, and standard methodologies in direct compensation
  • Support internal and external audits of compensation related mattersQualifications:
    • Sufficient technical knowledge of compensation theories and principles, compensation program design, and applicable laws and regulations in the US and/or Canada
    • Ability to effectively connect with internal business partners in a matrix environment
    • Ability to conduct compensation analysis and handle projects
    • Workday experience preferred and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
    • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3 - 4 years of compensation experience
