Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Talent and Culture Officer
(Global CHRO), the Global Head of DEI will be a member of the
Talent and Culture Leadership Team. While Morningstar's commitment
to DEI is long-standing, this is a new role where you will be
provided the opportunity to set the global DEI strategy and
implement its strategies across our global enterprise. You'll be
responsible for engaging the business group leaders to
operationalize the company wide DEI goals. You'll be able to extend
your influence beyond internal programming as a DEI thought leader
through our well-established financial services platform while
creating synergy in our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
work with who we are internally. As part of this, our research team
sees you as a valued collaborator in establishing DEI and
sustainability criteria in external assessments as well as your
stewardship to align Morningstar to those standards. Your data- and
research-driven approach provides the foundation for a fruitful
partnership with our C-suite leaders and Board of Directors, who
are the foundation of the accountability chain for Morningstar's
DEI initiatives.This position is based in our Chicago office.
Matching our company policy of collaboration, this is a hybrid work
position with expectations of at least three days in the office.
