• Preparing journal entries relating to accounts payable, cash, intercompany transactions, and other accounts
• Reviewing vender creation and invoice processing performed by Accounts Payable Team
• Participating in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Maintaining prepaid expense and intercompany transactions reconciliations
• Assisting with Fixed Asset Management and reconciliation
• Assisting in the annual audit
• Actively participating as a member of the accounting team to ensure accomplishment of departmental goals and objectives each year
• Specific projects and other ad hoc assignments as requirediM Qualified Because I Have---
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 2 to 5 years of professional accounting experience
  • Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Applications with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Enjoy working in an informal environment with a "start-up" cultureBonus Points If I Have...
    • Familiarity with multi-currency, multi-subsidiary accounting systems
    • NetSuite ERP & Coupa experience
