Position Summary

The Head of Strategic Growth Finance supports the Kraft Heinz Not Co joint venture formed by Kraft Heinz and The Not Company to develop superior plant-based versions of co-branded products at a level of speed, taste, quality, and scale yet to be seen in the industry. NotCo brings its patented, first-of-its-kind technology and proven artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, while Kraft Heinz offers its iconic brand portfolio and scale. To achieve our big ambitions, we are building a team that brings unique perspectives and skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic model for joint venture, including levers, goals, and actions to achieve topline ambition
  • Own continual assessment of strategy and incorporate revisions to deliver long-term ambition
  • Lead Board management and corporate governance, including defining calendar, agendas, and preparation of materials
  • Frame, structure, and implement special projects (i.e, category expansions, international expansion, margin improvement strategy, prioritization, etc.)
  • Define and coordinate key forums, governances, and standard processes within the joint venture
  • Support ad-hoc projects and/or deep dives in core business
  • Drive financial performance by using cross-zone/cross-functional/cross-company practices to provide clear financial insight into results within the joint venture and to parent companies
  • Responsible for team development

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field (i.e. Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.), MBA preferred
    • 8+ years of proven financial experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity Consulting, Corporate Finance or Corporate FP&A required
    • Prior Category, Corporate FP&A and/or CPG experience preferred
    • FiT, Hyperion, and/or SAP skills preferred

      Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

      We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today's workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements.
