Sales Finance Lead, Club Channel at a Glance....

The Sales Finance Lead, Club Channel owns all aspects of the P&L across Club Customers as well as leads annual sales planning and forecast processes by delivering data driven insights to help teams optimize plans and deliver on both Net Sales and Gross Margin objectives for customer group approximately $2B in Net Sales. The ideal candidate will have the ability to articulate any changes in revenue or trade to Area Finance Director and Sales Area Vice President.

What's on the menu?

  • Provide leadership on pricing and promotional strategies and partner with Sales to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and ROI of trade investments.
  • Lead cross-functional project to establish the strategic vision for Club by supporting plans to re-evaluate value-to-market, price pack architecture and strategic partnerships.
  • Partner with Revenue management team to proactively recommend trade optimization opportunities to the Customer Vice President supporting Total Club
  • Ensure financial controls by leading monthly trade reconciliation and budget management process
  • Lead weekly & monthly rituals & routines and liaise among the Customer Vice President, Business Units and Revenue Management to ensure effective communication, prioritization and execution
  • Develop and manage comprehensive set of Trade Controls and ensure compliance by Sales Team
  • Financial analysis and scenario planning support for incremental trade proposals or strategic investments and subsequent negotiations

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of experience within a Sales Finance or Commercial Finance related role
    • Advanced Excel skills are a must
    • Trade promotion experience strongly preferred
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross functional business partners
    • Disciplined approach toward execution, attention to detail, and ability to navigate within large and complex data environments
    • Ability to effectively summarize complex information upwards and influence sales leadership to drive appropriate action
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility in an ever-changing environment

      Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
