Job Description Job Description Hogsalt is looking for a full time Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join our team! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to prepare financial statements, support audits, and develop financial models that drive decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, a track record of accurate reporting under deadlines, and close collaboration with leadership. You can expect to be onsite 4 days a week with one day remote. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA a plus) 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting Proven experience preparing financial statements and supporting audits Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP or financial systems (R365) a plus Public accounting experience is plus, but not required Experience in financial modeling and data-driven analysis Hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure audit-ready documentation Develop and maintain financial models to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership on key trends and variances Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial reporting deadlines and special projects Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis Report directly to Controllers on deliverables and timelines Hogsalt is not your typical restaurant group.
