We are looking for a Junior Accountant who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us. About the Role: As a Junior Accountant, you will support our finance and accounting operations by taking on a variety of tasks and projects. From reporting and journal entries to bank reconciliations and special projects, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. What You'll Do: Prepare weekly performance reports for multiple business entities Work closely with senior accountants and finance leadership Record journal entries and assist with monthly close processes Complete monthly financial reporting and bank reconciliations Work on inventory tracking and cost trending analysis Support special accounting projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements: What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software is a plus Compensation and Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for competitive compensation and full-benefit package, including but not limited to: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Paid Sick Time 401(k) program with company match Ready to Join Us?
