Job Description:
What You’ll Do: Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise
accounts across infrastructure, cloud, and managed services
Maintain regular, proactive engagement with customers to understand
evolving needs and identify growth opportunities Identify and drive
upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion opportunities within
existing accounts Own renewal strategy and execution, ensuring
retention and long-term account stability Partner with internal
teams to align solutions with customer needs and priorities Monitor
account health, usage trends, and risk signals to proactively
address churn and contraction Maintain accurate forecasting and
pipeline visibility for expansion opportunities What You’ll

portfolio Expansion of recurring revenue through upgrades, add-ons,
and new services High customer satisfaction and long-term account

Potential This role is designed for individuals who are motivated
by both retaining and growing revenue within an existing customer
base. Compensation includes a performance-based component tied to
net revenue retention and account growth, rewarding both stability
and expansion. With clear targets and accelerator opportunities
tied to performance, strong account management and expansion
efforts directly translate into increased earnings. This role
includes a base salary within the range of $54,000 – $68,000, with
a portion of total compensation driven by performance. We aim to
make offers that feel fair, forward-looking, and reflective of what
you bring to the table, and where you want to grow. Internal
candidates may see a different compensation package based on their
current role, pay history, and progression at Summit. Same
