Job Description Role / Title This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the business unit for Kraft Heinz. It is both a strategic and a tactical position. Those that do not want to get their hands dirty or build out a function against a blank slate without buying pre-packaged solutions should not apply. Marketing Analyst - Support development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan in conjunction with the marketing team - Analyze and report on business performance (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers, competitive performance) - Support Demand Management Forecasting Process - Support P & L management for respective categories and brands - Support translation of data into insights - Support customer and competitor analyses for respective categories - Become knowledgeable with the products manufactured as well as the marketing philosophy used to sell them - Become knowledgeable about our products, channels, composition of our customer base, and the profiles of our competitors - Become familiar with the attributes of competitive products, the strategies used to market them, and the reason why customers buy them - Assist in the innovation and commercialization process for net new products and line extensions *Minimum Qualifications - Bachelors degree in business administration (Marketing emphasis preferred) - Strong communication skills - Ability to synthesize data and form logical conclusions - Strong time management skills Location(s)Chicago/Aon Center Equal Opportunity Employerminorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
