As our global footprint continues to grow, we are looking for a Product Marketing Lead - SaaS. What you'll learn & achieve: The product Marketing Lead analyzes insights and competitive intelligence to develop and understand target buyers and markets across all audiences. Creates digital go-to-market strategies that span the Enterprise and Advisory business units portfolio of Software as a Service (SaaS) products. Partners with the Product Development leadership to align technical product roadmaps with UL brand architecture and service catalog from both an optimized, personalized customer experience and compliance (privacy, impartiality, etc.) perspective. Assist all E&A product marketing managers in leveraging best practices achieved in one point solution or platform across all digital offerings, seeking opportunities to rationalize both front-end gateways and underlining customer and product data cubes. The Lead also:
        • Leads and mentors colleagues reinforcing accountabilities and performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to (20%)
        • Fosters interlock on audience identification, buyer needs and messaging, with a strategic focus on SaaS subscripton adoption, premium service conversion, and product utilization. Aligns with Creative Services and Product Usability/Design teams on themes, tone and content architecture to craft compelling master messaging and value propositions that drive product interest. (40%)
        • Plans and project manages market and trend research to identify new opportunities and ensure proper product targeting for Learning Management System (LMS), Quality Management System (QMS), supply chain transparency, regulatory intellience, sustainable asset analysis, and other digtial application assets. Gathers and analyzes insights to influence business decisions and shape product marketing strategy. Partners with Sales, Customer Advocacy, Human Factors Research, and Strategic Marketing to foster continuous feedback loop and supplement secondary market research. Helps conduct and facilitate Voice of Customer (VOC) user feedback sessions on proposed SaaS enhancements. (30%)
        • Supports the creation of global product marketing strategy. Tracks marketing investments, manages execution, and analyzes results for continuous improvement. Collaborates with sales and product leads to understand the competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals. Supports and executes client acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth. (10%)
        • Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required
