Customer Communications ManagerLocation: US Remote
Role & ResponsibilitiesWe need curious, customer-focused team members who are driven by successfully enabling customers on the MindTickle platform to join our rapidly growing Customer Enablement in the US. In Customer Enablement, we provide customers with easy-to-use, high-quality, just-in-time education on using the MindTickle Platform, raise awareness on the latest MindTickle has to offer, and create connections within our community to promote knowledge and best practice sharing.
As the Customer Communications Manager, you will help us define our customer communications strategy and drive its implementation. You will manage and evolve our existing communications process, including our monthly newsletters, webinar program, and product awareness campaigns. You will build out a campaign schedule aligned with our product roadmap and partner with our Customer Success teams to identify opportunities to increase engagement with our customers to drive awareness, drive adoption, and thought leadership through email, web, and other mediums aligned with the customer journey. You will also partner with our Customer Marketing team to secure event speakers, develop content, manage program logistics, and host customer events.
Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the customer communication program which currently includes webinars, newsletters, new product announcements, and maintenance emails
• Evaluate our current programs to identify new opportunities to increase engagement with customers and across customers to help build community
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management to design campaigns aligned with strategic initiatives, product roadmap, and customer journey
• Define and measure key metrics to assess the impact of the customer communication program on retention, expansion, and overall revenue targets
• Develop and implement standards, guidelines, and processes for different communication channels
• Develop customer portal to provide centralized access to customer-exclusive content, events, thought leadership, product training, and documentation
• Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute customer webinar program and related tasks including working with presenters to develop content, training them on the webinar process, and managing the timeline to ensure successful delivery
• Record and edit webinars, podcasts, and other live events for on-demand availability
• Manage and evolve monthly newsletter program to increase readership and click-through rates
• Maintain flexible work hours to collaborate with the global Customer Enablement, Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing teams.
  Required Expertise
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing customer communications/marketing programs in a technology company, preferably SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Zoom or other common web conferencing applications
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office, G Suite, Slack, JIRA, Marketo, 6Sense, and Salesforce
  • Proactiveness and an attitude to own and drive projects from idea to final deployment
  • Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus
