Job Description:
Overview:GENERAL SUMMARY:Assists in the development and
execution of product line marketing plans and tactics. Provides
general production support and program-specific social media
support. Assist in digital media campaigns, trade media buying and
placements, social media, general campaign copywriting and overall
trafficking support to help ensure campaign deadlines are met and
lead generation is maximized.TJCCWResponsibilities:PRINCIPAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with internal and external partners in
the execution of outbound marketing programs including online and
print media, conferences, webinars, roadshows, direct mailings,
etc.Assist in the development of marketing and sales related
content. Participate in the review and editing process. Assists in
the development of copy for various materials, monitors work of
internal and external designers to meet design deadlines, proofs
draft pieces and coordinate final print production.Executes and
assists in the development and execution of program-specific web
site and social media content, including the creation and
monitoring of annual social media calendars.Monitor and regularly
report on the success of various marketing campaigns, including
channel metrics and progress to goals to marketing leadership and
select internal stakeholders.Collect, analyze, and interpret
insights about markets, competition, and customers for various
segments.Assist with various internal processes such as budgeting,
research, meetings scheduling, and other duties as
assigned.Qualifications:KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SPECIAL SKILLS
REQUIRED:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
Zero to 3 years marketing experience that could include related
internships, college course or club-related projects and volunteer
initiatives. B2B marketing experience ideal but not required.
Computer literate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms required. Experience
with Salesforce, Marketo, Hootsuite preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required. Ability to
handle multiple priorities at various stages of completion to meet
deadlines. Excellent verbal and written skills. Good problems
solving skills. Ability to work and support various internal staff
and external customers and vendors. ANTICIPATED TRAVEL: May need to
travel up to 5% for marketing-related activities.Note: Employees
