General DescriptionOur client is a high-growth healthcare organization looking for a social media manager to help drive patient engagement through organic social media campaigns. They will work closely with the creative team, ad agencies and clinic teams to gain insights on our patients, the patient journey and the value of our care model to create organic campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn that educate and inspire communities.

This role is responsible for building organic social campaigns utilizing the latest technologies and trends to provide educational tips, exercises, and benefits of chiropractic care in creative and engaging ways. In addition, the role will manage and improve our brand's online reputation by responding to online posts and reviews.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:The social media manager role drives patient engagement and supports new patient acquisition via the management of organic social media channel. They will also be responsible for managing our online reputation - ensuring all Google, Yelp, social media and other online reviews are responded to effectively and in a timely manner. This is a hands-on role that operates at multiple levels (strategy, planning, tactical, analytical).

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the company's social media platforms
  • Develop monthly organic social content calendars that align with larger quarterly marketing initiatives
  • Produce and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to create creative assets for social posts
  • Be the voice of the brand, monitoring and driving community engagement through tailored messaging for chiropractors, recruiting and employees
  • Create engaging storytelling tactics and opportunities across social platforms with video, animation, and other creative content
  • Collaborate across departments and teams to identify activities and stories to promote Chiro One's brand identity
  • Work closely with the digital and creative teams to develop the social aspects of integrated campaigns on both paid and organic social channels
  • Build quarterly, yearly, and campaign-specific analytics reports that feature key learnings and recommendations to improve future content and strategy
  • Partner with social media specialist to ensure all inquiries and comments are handled in a timely and appropriate fashion
  • Continue to develop an employee engagement strategy that encourages Chiro One employees to use their social media channels to amplify company messages
  • Ensure brand consistency in social media copy through tone, voice and terminology
    Minimum Qualifications
    • 5+ years of experience in social media, copywriting, content development, and data analytics reporting from Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms
    • Ability to identify opportunities proactively and independently for campaigns and make recommendations that integrate with other marketing activities and larger business goals
    • Experience in developing social media strategy, driving customer service engagement, managing reputation, expanding customer loyalty, amplifying brand messages, and reporting meaningful metrics
    • Track record of building strong relationships with members of cross-functional and affiliate teams, including executives
    • Knowledge and use of various social media management and analytics tools (ex: Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe Suite products, Photoshop, etc.)
    • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • BA in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
