Job Description:

Worthington Industries - Tempel is looking for a marketing specialist who is a self-starter and a team player. A person who understands a prospective markets and client's needs and offers an ideal solution. Someone that has strong writing, communication, graphic design, marketing automation skills and has a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals. Responsible for managing the marketing communication initiatives including but not limited to writing engaging and relevant content for targeted markets, able to create supporting design material and have experience managing digital channels. Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution and optimization of Tempel's communication and outreach programs including but not limited to the HubSpot Marketing Automation platform. E-commerce platform and website.
  • Research global market opportunities and manage liaison with local marketing team, suppliers, and event organizers
  • Execute marketing programs that fill the top of the sales funnel, such as webinars, events & email campaigns.
  • Continuously improve campaign strategies by collaborating with sales, marketing, and product to understand buyer needs and the full customer journey
  • Coordinate with sales team the planning and execution of integrated lead gen campaigns that contribute to strengthen sales pipeline
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a robust B2B digital marketing program.
  • Leverage HubSpot marketing automation platform to send emails, build workflows to engage prospects with valuable and engaging content on an ongoing basis,
  • Set up landing pages and create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunity
  • Create, maintain, and share performance metrics on marketing activities and impact to pipeline
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Coordinate online activities to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts and analytics and monitor performance
  • Prepare content for online blogs and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for technical content marketing
  • Create, maintain, and share performance metrics on marketing activities and impact to pipeline (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, MS Dynamics, etc.)
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
  • Coordinate and design all related marketing material that support initiatives across different sites and regions.
    Skills
    • 3 years proven experience in B2B Marketing Communications
    • Excellent understanding of BTL, digital marketing concepts and best practices
    • Experience working with brand standards and brand identity to maintain uniformity and consistency in messaging & aesthetics
    • The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology
    • Experience with managing B2B social media accounts
    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM a plus but not required
    • Knowledge of web analytics tools a plus but not required
    • Skills and experience in creative content writing (required) and video creation
    • Tech-interested and intuitive with fresh ideas to reinforce our overall marketing efforts
    • 3+ years' experience with design software
    • BS/BA in marketing or related field
    • 3-5 years B2B marketing experience required.
    • Proficiency in creating email marketing campaigns, email nurturing, marketing automation, lead scoring and customer journeys
    • Familiarity with popular content management systems (HubSpot) required
    • Desktop publishing proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator, WordPress, Elementor) a plus
