The Associate, Operations (CRM) will be responsible for the execution of key CRM marketing and retention campaigns. This role will own in-platform campaign execution, in support of driving personalization and retention as well as operating as a technical consultant to our Strategy & Data Analytics team.This role requires prior experience in campaign management/deployment and segmentation, building In-platform customer journeys and triggered programs, retaining & support of - data hygiene in ESPs and Customer Engagement Platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc) for Email and Push (SMS and In-app messaging would be added bonuses). This is a hybrid role with 2 days in our Chicago office required per week. -
The Impact You Will Make

  • Execute email / push / SMS/ in-app messaging for recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns in Braze -
  • Regular monitoring of live campaigns- escalating and communicating issues & solutions to leadership for remediation
  • Collaborate with the Strategic & Data Analytics team on technical & creative QA for all campaign launches to ensure flawless execution and deployments
  • Suggest & implement operational and workflow improvements to constantly improve the operational production & documentation processes
  • Serve as CRM and Campaign Set-up subject matter expert, and demonstrate the ability to apply CRM platform capabilities (i.e. Braze, Movable Ink) to help bring to life life CRM strategy and personalized diner experiences

    What You Bring to the Table

    • 2+ years of work experience in email and push notifications
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Hands-on executional experience with Braze (or similar ESPs and/or Consumer Engagement Platforms i.e. Iterable)
    • Self-starter - Proactively identify opportunities and lead solutions day-to-day, take pride in delivering a valuable consumer experience
    • HTML knowledge and Technical capabilities to QA/troubleshoot and collaborate to ensure successful and valuable data integrations across data science, engineering, product, and marketing teams
    • Ability to anticipate and understand technical dependencies
    • Excellent communication, organization, teamwork and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
    • Curious Mind - always asking "why" and "why not?"
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder asks
