A local hemp/Cannabis company is hiring a Director of Marketing in Chicago, Illinois. This role is ON-SITE.The Director of Marketing is responsible for driving revenue growth by 1) attracting new customers, 2) creating successful and engaging social media campaigns, and 3) building a strong B2B and B2C brand that ill attract new affiliations.Responsibilities of Director of Marketing:

• Implement digital marketing best practices to drive value throughout the customer experience
• Execute a B2B Brand evolution, developing and executing strategies to expand our Business Development activities
• Manage the digital footprint
• Partner with Director of eCommerce to expand brand awareness throughout nationQualifications of Director of Marketing:
  • 6 years of senior marketing experience, 3 years in a Director level role
  • Expertise in maximizing digital marketing results using KPIs
  • Currently working in the CBD/Hemp/Cannabis industry
  • Candidates with a book of business with grocery retailers, convenience stores, and other national retailers will be viewed favorably
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, PR, or business required
