PerkSpot is searching for a Manager, Advertising and Affiliate Sales to join our Merchant Partnerships team! We ensure employees see offers curated to their interests, allowing them to save on electronics, home goods, meal delivery, mortgages, travel, and all the other little-and big-things that will make life a bit easier.As the front-line leader of new business for our Merchant Partnerships team, you will be responsible for motivating, mentoring, developing, and coaching our Account Executives while helping the company to exceed new business growth targets that also feed into the full merchant partnerships team total revenue goals, including commissionable revenue and ad sales revenue.What you'll accomplish:

  • Ensure PerkSpot clients and their employees have access to the best possible savings from best brands across all categories
  • Hunt and acquire newPerkSpot exclusive offers - you'll be responsible for onboarding new merchant partnerships and negotiating exclusive discount perks
  • Strut your stuff as savvy lead generator and deal maker. Identify great companies/apps/services and help get their offering in front of millions of employees who utilize our platform
  • Attend and lead regularly scheduled team meetings and sales huddles; provide managerial-level review and direction for achievingcompany goals, implementing sales strategies, and other ad hoc needs for business partnerships
  • Brainstorm ways to optimizethe PerkSpot product suite and user experience; collaborate with respective department leaders with goal of improving effectiveness of performance for merchant partners, clients, and customersWhat we're looking for:
    • 2+ years' experience leading teams that have experienced significant growth
    • Advertising/Affiliate/Marketing sales experience preferred, including but not limited to working withmajor affiliate networks and/or C-level marketing and advertising decision-makers
    • A strong existing network of sales and marketing partnerships that can be leveraged forwinning new advertising campaigns withdirect brands, agencies, OPMs, and affiliate networks
