This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesOversee a team of direct marketing analysts responsible for developing reporting and providing insights on customer marketing strategy.Measure major marketing benchmarks: retention, acquisition, lifetime value, match-back and cost-to-acquire.Produce regularly scheduled reports and any as-needed requests from executives.Manage the development and integrity of the SAS database.Ensure data consistency across the department and research any inconsistencies.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree.
