What will you be doing? You will lead the effort to develop and retain a high-powered team of canvassers assigned to you. Your team will schedule free home inspections for our amazing Roofing Consultants. Your responsibility is to hold an elevated level of performance, integrity, and teamwork. Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Help lead dynamic and well-organized meetings and trainings
• Attract talent and proactively recruit
• Help build a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Drive efficiency and performance.
  • Door-to-door sales experience, required.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Previous Sales leadership experience required
  • Recruiting and leveraging network experience is preferred, but not required
