Barchart, a leading Chicago-based Media Company, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Advertising Operations Associate to join our team. - is one of the largest media websites in the finance space, receiving 3 million unique monthly visitors and 40 million monthly pageviews, and through our extensive distribution network, we reach hundreds of websites and +10 million users globally. Our media services offering, Barchart Impact, is used by our clients to build brand awareness, improve SEO visibility, promote products, generate leads and attract new investors.The position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns, collaborating with clients and supporting our advertising efforts.Your role will include:

• Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of advertising campaigns, from requesting and securing creative assets to execution and performance reporting.
• Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for advertising clients, ensuring that creative assets meet guidelines and necessary disclosures are included.
• Email Marketing: Leverage your knowledge of HTML/CSS to create, edit, and test email marketing campaigns, ensuring their successful deployment.
• Scheduling and Deployment: Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize reach and impact.
• Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaign strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams and help with other administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with HTML/CSS -
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance
