Job Description:

GENERAL FUNCTION: Develop and implement strategic marketing and advertising programs for the assigned division or line of business. Oversee all aspects of these marketing programs to ensure the proper execution of these programs. May manage a line-item budget. May manage employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist division in establishing marketing initiatives that support their sales goals.

* Ability to manage employees.

* Ability to manage a line-item budget for all affiliates.

* Create, implement, track, and execute sales contests and incentives.

* Evaluate effectiveness of all promotion and advertising programs and recommend changes.

* Work with our advertising agency to develop strategic advertising initiatives.

* Work with other divisions and lines of business within the Bank to increase cross-sell and customer relationships.

* Assist in the communication of product initiatives throughout the Bancorp by regular interaction with affiliates.

* Manage multiple vendor relationships and monitor effectiveness and efficiency of these vendors.

* Recommend in-bank collateral design and mix, and assist in the execution of these ideas.

* Communicate with all levels of management, both at corporate and the affiliates, regarding marketing initiatives.

* Support the company brand through the adherence to branding guidelines.

* Manage all projects within the line of business marketing budget.

* Perform any other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for fostering a culture of employee engagement by leading impact planning sessions; providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential by providing challenging opportunities; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.
