The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our manufacturing equipment and facilities by performing preventative and corrective maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance protocols to enhance operational efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Implement predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment longevity. Utilize thermography to monitor equipment condition and address potential issues proactively. Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Familiarity with schematics and the ability to read technical drawings. Experience with CMMS and maintenance management practices. Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
