Job Description:
Waterway Carwash, a pioneer in providing premium car wash
services since 1970, seeks an experienced Sr. Field Maintenance
Technician to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial in
ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our car wash
facilities across various locations. The ideal candidate will bring
technical expertise and a commitment to excellence, ensuring all
equipment and machinery meet our high standards for safety and
quality to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction. Perform
routine and emergency maintenance on car wash equipment and
machinery. Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical,
and hydraulic systems. Travel between multiple site locations to
conduct regular maintenance checks. Maintain detailed records of
inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs. Implement
preventive maintenance measures to enhance equipment longevity and
reduce downtime. Train and support junior technicians and provide
guidance on best practices. Ensure compliance with safety standards
and regulations at all times. Strong mechanical and electrical
skills Proficiency in hydraulics Experience with diagnostic tools
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication and training
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or
similar Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between
locations
