Job Description Job Description Maintenance Mechanic We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 1st shift. This role is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth and safe operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, hands-on, and proactive in troubleshooting and resolving issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location: Bedford Park, IL Schedule: 1st Shift Pay rate: $32 Depending on experience Duties: - Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility support equipment. - Inspect, operate, and test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems - Conduct PMs and maintain maintenance logs Requirements: - 4 years of Industrial Maintenance, Food Manufacturing is a plus - Ability to read schematics, blueprints - Knowledge of electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics systems - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Contact Information To apply or learn more about this opportunity, please email your resume to orodriguez@midwaystaffing.com or give us a call at 708-393-3781.
