Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technician - Naperville, IL 7am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday $30/hr Job Description The Maintenance Technician will join a small, collaborative team and play a key role in supporting production operations within a leading manufacturer in the electronics solutions industry, supporting in medical, automotive, and industrial markets. Due to increased business levels and the addition of new equipment, we are expanding our maintenance team. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on electronic assembly equipment, primarily servo-driven and pneumatic. Troubleshoot electrical and low-voltage systems. Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and departmental reorganizations. Shadow and learn from experienced team members to quickly take over routine PM tasks. Use equipment manuals and documentation to support troubleshooting and repairs. Collaborate with other departments and show initiative in supporting broader plant operations. Essential Skills 1 or more years of experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent trade school education. Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot/repair equipment. Familiarity with servo-driven and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naperville, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
