Swimming Pools Inc. is looking for a Remodeling Lead to enhance our Remodeling Department and help keep our customers swimming. What You’ll Do: As a Remodeling Lead, you will play a critical role in pool renovations and liner replacements from start to finish, including: Accurately measuring pool dimensions to ensure proper liner ordering Draining pools and removing existing liners Cleaning, smoothing, and preparing pool walls and floors Performing minor structural repairs as needed Installing new pool liners using specialized tools to stretch and secure them properly Installing new faceplates and gaskets on skimmers, returns, and main drains Vacuuming liners to remove wrinkles and filling pools with water Performing leak detection and repairs Performing basic digging, concrete cutting and patching, and minor plumbing repairs Collecting payments when required Making on-the-spot decisions to keep projects moving efficiently What We’re Looking For: Enjoys hands-on work and seeing immediate results Comfortable making decisions in the field Self-starter who enjoys variety in daily work Reliable, punctual, and brings a positive attitude to the job Strong desire to learn pool-specific skills (prior pool experience not required) High attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Safety-minded worker Interested in long-term growth and advancement opportunities Comfortable delegating tasks and leading others when needed Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Strong communication skills with both teammates and customers Construction or remodeling experience (preferred, not required) Confident decision-maker Alternate Titles: Pool Remodeling Technician, Pool Renovation Lead, Construction Lead – Pools, Pool Liner Installation Lead, Field Remodeling Supervisor Keywords for SEO: Pool Remodeling, Pool Renovation, Construction, Liner Installation, Leak Detection, Concrete Work, Plumbing Repair, Outdoor Work, Team Leadership, Customer Service We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
