Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing and distributing weekly
reports. - Upload service requests and manage billing changes and
new tenant entries in the accounting software. - Foster positive
tenant relations. - Oversee construction projects and review
architectural drawings. - Solicit competitive bids, negotiate, and
award contracts. - Ensure the highest standards of maintenance and
property appearance. - Supervise maintenance personnel and provide
prioritized worklists. - Manage new tenant move-ins to ensure
