Job Description Job Description Vision Construction and
Consulting is seeking a Construction Superintendents! We offer a

Municipal, Commercial and Industrial communities, our staff and
ownership possess a unique combination of education, expertise and
talents that are unparalleled. You will oversee project planning,
scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Municipal workexperience
a PLUS. Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate & supervise day to day
operations of project. 2. Supervise aggressive construction
schedules and hold contractors accountable to the schedule. 3.
Supervise subcontractors during the construction process including
labor, materials, workmanship and quality control and hold
subcontractors accountable for their overall quality of their work.
4. Submit daily & weekly field reports. 5. Attend weekly contractor
and construction manager meetings. 6. Attend weekly owner,
architect and construction manager meetings. 7. Implement job site
safety requirements. 8. Conduct weekly job site safety meetings.
Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial
construction 2. Ability to learn policies & procedures quickly 3.
MUST BE Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power
Point 4. OSHA 10 HR Certified. 5. Must be proficient in blue print
reading & interpretation of all contract documents to include,
sub-contracts, blue prints, specification manuals, addenda,
submittals, RFI's etc. 6. Knowledge of scheduling & project
management software, i.e. Newforma, Procore, Prolog or similar. 7.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to
communicate with owners/representatives and trade subcontractors to
clarify scopes as written. 8. Professional conduct is required. 9.
Must pass drug and back ground test 10. Valid driver's license. 11.
