Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Vertical Form Fill Seal Bagger Machine Operator to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion - Set-up Form Tube - Clear Jams to ensure continuous operation of equipment - Conduct routine preventive maintenance to prevent jams - Conduct changeover of machine - Operate the HMI system Qualifications: - Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields - Experience with Matrix, Viking or Heisen machines - Familiarity with plant tools and equipment - Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills - Ability to handle physical workload - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Company Description Superior Staffing is looking for employee who is seeking long-term positions with opportunity for growth.
