here. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior
Project Manager/Superintendent to take full ownership of commercial
construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This
hybrid leadership role blends strategic project management with
hands-on field oversight—perfect for a seasoned professional who
thrives in both the office and on the jobsite. You’ll lead project
teams, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safety and quality, and
represent our company with professionalism and integrity. Key
Responsibilities - Lead all phases of project planning, scheduling,
budgeting, and execution - Coordinate with architects, engineers,
subcontractors, clients, and internal teams - Oversee on-site
construction activities and enforce safety and quality standards -
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and
change orders - Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues
before they impact schedule or budget - Build and maintain a
positive, productive, and safety-focused jobsite culture
Qualifications - 10 years of commercial construction experience,
preferably in low-rise, non-residential projects - Demonstrated
ability to manage projects from concept to completion - Strong
leadership, communication, and team?building skills - Proficiency
with construction management software and Microsoft Office - OSHA
30 certification preferred - Ability to travel to job sites as
