Job Description:
The PSE Sales & Services/Distribution Associate is responsible
for providing excellent customer service, processing various postal
transactions, and managing the distribution of mail within a
government-operated postal facility. This role supports the
operational efficiency of the postal services through effective
communication and meticulous handling of mail and parcels. Provide
outstanding customer service at the postal service counter. Process
sales transactions for postal products and services accurately.
Sort, organize, and distribute mail and parcels within the postal
facility. Maintain accurate records and manage postal inventories.
Comply with postal regulations and security protocols. Assist with
customer inquiries and resolve issues related to mail services.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service
orientation. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic
mathematical proficiency for handling transactions. Familiarity
with postal service regulations and procedures. Ability to operate
