Job Description:

As a Branch Coordinator at Sherwin-Williams, you will play an essential role in the daily operations of our retail locations, facilitating smooth workflow and ensuring that the branch achieves its targets. This position serves as the linchpin between our retail personnel, management, and customers, ensuring premium service and support in line with our legacy as a leader in the paints and coatings industry. The successful candidate will oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and provide customer service while upholding our brand’s rigorous quality standards. Coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability Manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations Schedule staff shifts and manage timesheets Provide exemplary customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction Implement directives from corporate management at the branch level Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new product offerings Prepare regular reports on branch performance for regional managers Strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in inventory software and POS systems Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of the paint and coatings industry Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Retail Operations Management desirable Certified Customer Service Specialist (CCSS) is a plus
