stability. Customer Service Representative Job Duties: Answer phone
calls and process client orders, entering them into our database.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate product information and assist with order
processing, returns, and exchanges. Resolve customer complaints and
issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate
customer records and update the database with relevant information.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of
attention to detail. Schedule: 1st Shift Monday to Friday 8:00am –
5:00pm (Overtime based on production needs) Pay: $18/hour Customer
Service Representative Requirements: At least 1 year experience in
customer service or related field. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and problem solve.
Technical computer skills. (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
Adaptability to new processes, programs, and products. Benefits
