Special Education Teacher for a local contract job in Chicago,
Illinois. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Special

weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type:
Local Contract NEW JOB! We are seeking an LBS1 Special Education
Teacher to work in a Therapeutic Day School! If you are a licensed
LBS1 Special Education teacher looking for a full-time job for the
remainder of this school year, look no further and apply today!
Special Education Teacher will work full time for the remainder of
this SY25-26! * You will begin work asap through the end of the
school year, May 2026! * We have a few openings in the Elementary,
Middle School, and High School populations: Elementary - autism and
intellectual disabilities, Middle School - social-emotional
challenges, High School - multi-need, autism. * You will work from
7:30-3:30 pm M-F (7.5 hour days and 37.5 hour weeks) * Caseload is
10 max * You will work with a variety of diagnoses such as
emotional disabilities, learning disabilities, Autism,
developmental delays, etc Pay Rate: $42-$57 per hour depending on
experience Qualifications: You will need to have a Bachelor's or
Master's Degree in Special Education with the LBS1 certification
