Job Description:

School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
expert psychological services in a K-12 high needs school setting,
supporting students with diverse learning and emotional challenges.
This full-time contract role is based in Chicago, IL, offering the
opportunity to work within a Special Education Cooperative
environment focused on delivering assessment and intervention
services for students with various disabilities. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments
for students with autism, intellectual disabilities,
social-emotional disabilities, and related special education needs.
Collaborate effectively with program and district administration,
classroom personnel, and families to support student development
and educational planning. Interpret assessment data to develop
actionable recommendations and support Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs). Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and
contribute to problem-solving efforts to ensure student success.
Maintain compliance with all professional standards and state
regulations related to school psychology practice. Qualifications:
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with School
Psychologist endorsement. Experience assessing students with
disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual
disabilities, and social emotional challenges. Strong
communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in
educational settings. Ability to work efficiently in a contract
role serving high-need populations. Location: Chicago, Illinois
K-12 school setting within a Special Education Cooperative.
