Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to support a school setting in Racine, WI. This role is ideal
for an SLP certified in school-based services, with a strong
commitment to improving student communication and academic success.
Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in
Speech-Language Pathology Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in
a school environment Experience working with pediatric populations
in educational settings Strong understanding of individualized
education plans (IEPs) and school protocols Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students,
families, and educators Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive
speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop
and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students
educational goals Provide direct speech-language therapy to
students with various communication disorders Monitor and document
student progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly Collaborate
closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to
support holistic student development Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
governing school-based therapy Location: Racine, WI serving a
