What You-ll Do* Complete application coding assignments that meet provided technical specifications and end-user requirements* Oversee an onshore and offshore development team.* Participate in the design process that generates application functional and technical specifications* Document application design specifications and implementation procedures to improve application quality and reuse of code* Assist in the creation of unit, function and performance test scripts to improve application quality and ensure fulfillment of requirement* Plan and execute testing and implementation of major systems Minimum education qualification * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.The ideal candidate will have:* 10+ years of IT experience* Experience in leading and managing an application delivery team comprising Developers, BSA and QA* Experience working with onsite-offshore modal projects would be an added advantage* Supporting offshore team & Providing technical solutions to the team* Good technical & analytical skills* Create technical design documents and guide implementations as needed to meet business requirements* Ability to support -production issues- and ability to troubleshoot the issue\bug as necessary* Good communication skill* Hands-on experience and worked on technologies such as :* Visual Studio .NET Framework* C#.NET* ASP.NET & MVC* SQL Server 2012 +* Web Services & Web Api* JQUERY & JSON* Knockout* Azure Development skill is a nice to have* Experience in Agile MethodologyThe benefits our employees enjoy: * 401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%.
