Now in our 95th year, Ozinga exists to make a positive impact on individuals, their families, and the communities we serve.As Project Engineer, you will leverage your experience to design and manage construction-related projects for Ozinga sites. You'll interface with key individuals and teams on a regular basis and at all levels of the company. You'll manage and execute projects with excellence and discretion, delivering on-time and within cost and quality specifications.Here's what you'll do:

• Provide a disciplined approach to managing projects from early inception to execution.
• Develop and manage scope, timelines, and budget.
• Give input and develop designs and layouts for projects to present the best product for construction and implementation into Ozinga's operations.
• Coordinate on-site construction work utilizing Ozinga resources and contractors.
• Communicate effectively with all related parties in a timely manner throughout the life cycle of each project.
• Manage a complete list of all projects by division or business unit.
• Assist with defining and implementing operational and maintenance best practices.More about you:
• You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• You have related experience in design and construction projects.
• Project management is your field of expertise.
• You are proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project or related planning software.
• You've got experience in obtaining documentation required for proper permitting of projects.
• You're results-oriented, flexible, and have strong interpersonal skills.Your Work Environment:
• You'll work on-site at Ozinga's corporate headquarters in Mokena, IL.
